Each Council meeting is typically predeeded with a Work Session.  The Work Session begins at 5 p.m. and is held in the Willamette River I and II room on the second floor of City Hall.  Work sessions are open to the public.

In addition to Work Sessions, the Council may conduct an Executive Session at the end of the Work Session.  Executive Sessions are not open to the public and are held pursuant to ORS 192.660.  An Executive Session is defined as "any meeting or part of a meeting of a governing body which is closed to certain persons for deliberation on certain matters."

Agendas and packets will be made available online prior to the meeting. Minutes for each meeting will be posted once they have been approved by Council, which occurs at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
